Secure Print & Scan CAC/PIV authentication

With sales and service for software solutions and print & scan equipment from leading manufacturers, OMNI is a leader in full-lifecycle document management solutions. Clients across the Federal spectrum trust OMNI to manage document creation, print, scan, and security.

In one way or another, all of our work centers around the document lifecycle. OMNI will strategically evaluate document workflows to promote efficiency and ensure the security of those workflows, leveraging technologies such as CAC/PIV, encryption, and constant security monitoring.

Customer Story

“OMNI has allowed us to leverage our PIV cards for use on our MFD fleet. This has enhanced security by giving us the ability to monitor all MFD usage and let us know who is using the devices, when they are using them, and what they are using them for. We have full control over the functionality the user has access to. It has also solved our privacy issue by not having print jobs that were sent to the device layout in public view. Now these jobs are held at the server level and not released until the user authenticates at the device and collects their print jobs in real time.

“We have also noted this as a cost savings measure because we no longer waste paper and consumables for uncollected print jobs.”
